Every year the National PTA runs this arts program/contest through all the schools called Reflections. This year Mike volunteered to organize the Reflections program for Coronado. A few teachers also made it a requirement to submit a project for this year. Duncan's was one of them. He waited until the very last minute and used an idea from his mom but here's his entry. Thanks to the kind person who went all through our neighborhood stenciling "war" on the stop signs. They've since been removed. Probably by some private citizen who couldn't stand the sight of an anti-war statement.

I'm not sure Duncan can be credited with too much radicalism. More like getting desperate for an entry. He took the picture the day before it was due. After all...his favorite video game is Halo. :-) posted by Tamara : 11:36 AM
