Back at School

Abe Sapien with his air breathing head on.I must admit I wanted the two week vacation to continue. I've got a ton of things I can do around the house and by the time I get home in the evening I'm too lzy to tackle more than the basics for keeping us functioning.

I do have fun at school. I like the kids and it's nice to have something different to fill my days. I was getting into a lazy rut at home and perhaps once Summer hits I'll be motivated to tackle all those projects I've been avoiding.

It looks like January is a month with no breaks from school. A bit of a bummer but on the plus side it'll make the month pass quicker because we should be able to get into a good groove. The busier I am, the fast time flies after all.

Oh, Mike updated his blog with a little bit about our New Year's Eve and Day. Check it out.

I guess I'd just add that New Year's Eve was very relaxing after we dumped the kids on mom. Jessica Biel looked *really* good kicking vampire butt in Blade Trinity. If she's in Blade 4, I will be seeing it in the theater.

New Year's Day turned out fine. The food was good. Spitting Uno was endless and by the end of the day I was pooped.

on Sunday we went to the big sale at my comic shop (New World Comics). I picked up an Abe Sapien action figure, a Catwoman Microman toy and a couple of trades for a friend in Australia. Yes, Jen, I couldn't resist them.
