3x Thursday

1. When you go on vacation, does it mean you have to *go* somewhere, or is staying home okay? Why/why not? What do you do?

When you don't have any money for vacation, staying at home is definitely okay. When we stay home we usually try and get things done around that house. Yes, we're boring.

2. What would you rather deal with, rain or snow? Why?

Rain because there's no ice afterward.

3. What do you think about these geniuses who build their house on an unstable hill/flood plain and then wonder why when it rains a lot, it slides into the valley below? Do you feel sorry for them? Why/why not? For clarification, we'll limit this question to homes/geniuses in California.

I feel sorry for 'em because I'm sure they thought nothing bad would ever happen to them. Then *wham!* mother nature gives 'em a wake up call. Humans are silly creatures. Our hubris gets us every time.

Bonus Question for Comments: What's on your calender this year? (a band, a cartoon, kitties, etc) Hellboy! The movie Hellboy, not the comic version. I had a comic Hellboy calendar a few years ago.
