The Friday Five

What was...

1. ...your first grade teacher's name?

I don't remember. I remember my second grade teacher's name: Miss Stottler (or something like that). I guess I don't remember her name either. How sad is that?

2. ...your favorite Saturday morning cartoon?

Hmmmm...that's a toughie. I liked the Super Friends, Scooby Doo, Tarzan, Shazam and Electra Woman & Dyna Girl. But, probably my favorite would have to be Land of the Lost. It was live action though, not a cartoon.

3. ...the name of your very first best friend?

I had a girl I played with when I was four years old but can't remember her name. Besides she was really just my babysitting buddy. We had no other recourse but to play with one another. I guess Denise would fit the bill then. We met when we were both in elementary school and she lived just down the street so I'll say her.

4. ...your favorite breakfast cereal?

I really liked Lucky Charms and Apple Jacks but my mom rarely bought pre-sweetened cereals so I only got to eat those when I spent the night at someone's house or when I went to Grandma's. Of the cereal my mom would buy, I guess Grape Nuts and Spoon-sized Shredded Wheat. The funny thing is I still like those two and don't really care much for Lucky Charms and Apple Jacks. I guess she knew what she was doing.

5. ...your favorite thing to do after school?

Watch Star Trek! And then go play outside with the neighborhood kids.
