You-Know-What May Be Over

My super fabulous new Superman stocking.I spoke too soon about puke-a-thon earlier so I didn't want to jinx myself. Mike and Duncan both stayed home again today although both got through yesterday evening with no puking. But since Duncan hadn't been able to keep any solid food down the day before I felt like it was safer to keep him home today and let him eat and recover. Mike was still wrung out from the previous day. The old always take longer to rebound.

And, on an even brighter note, I may not get to participate in Puke-a-thon. Hooray! I was really kinda worried that I would wake up in the middle of the night with an overwhelming urge to empty the contents of my stomach. I slept like a baby though and it was wonderful.

Today was spent running errands with my mom and goofing off. Mike and Duncan felt well enough by the end of the day to attend Coronado's new Chess Club. Mike is a parent sponsor so it's good he was feeling better. They also picked up the work Duncan has missed for the last two days. He's sitting at the table right now doing it and bitching up a storm.

I was going to hit the comic shop today but they came back too late from Chess Club and then it was time to start dinner so I guess I'll go tomorrow. It's a really light week anyway.

Oh, wait. I wanted to post a picture of the coolest Christmas stocking I found today at Toys 'R' Us. Currently I'm using a Daffy Duck stocking for my Christmas stocking but it's kinda small and when I saw the one I found today I knew I had to replace ol' Daffy.
