The Friday Five

1. Do you like to shop? Why or why not?

I do but not for clothes for me. If it's buying clothes for the kids or Mike I'm fine. But if it's clothes shopping for me I get cranky. Although if I start the shopping trip without the intent of buying clothes for myself and see something interesting that I decide to try on, I maintain my good mood. Weird, huh?

Shopping for fun stuff like books, music, electronic gadgets is always fun.

2. What was the last thing you purchased?

I just got back from buying my weekly bunch o' comics so I guess that.

3. Do you prefer shopping online or at an actual store? Why?

Probably at a store because I like to browse and touch the items. When it comes to books that's especially fun.

4. Did you get an allowance as a child? How much was it?

Started out with a quarter a week allowance which I saved up to buy comics (cost a quarter as well). Then I think I graduated to $5 or $10 a week until I got a job. My parents were usually okay about buying me things I needed and Christmas and birthdays were for fun stuff that I really wanted.

5. What was the last thing you regret purchasing?

I can't think of anything I regret purchasing. However, I do wish Mike would use the freakin' treadmill he bought on Ebay so that I wouldn't regret *him* purchasing it.
