Another Lazy Sunday

My cold seems to be getting better. And so far no one else in the family has come down with it so I'm safe from the evil eye.

Didn't do much today. Mike and Duncan went to church school. They were *supposed* to just stay for the school portion of it but it was Children's Chapel today and Mike, who was probably talking to someone, didn't get to Duncan in time so Duncan was herded along with the other kids into the big church service. Hence, they didn't get home until after 12.

Calvin and I had a peaceful time while they were gone. I didn't take my shower until 11:30. Yes, I was a big ol' slug and sat around in my jammies. Truthfully I was feeling kinda sluggish because for some unknown reason I woke up this morning with this horrible case of diarrhea. I feel okay otherwise but it's kinda draining (pardon the pun) to empty your colon every thirty minutes.

So they got home later than planned, I was ready to head back to bed by the time they got home. In fact, Cal had already fallen asleep and I dozed off with him.

Our planned outing to see Matrix Revolutions was nixed by me. I'm such a meanie. Instead we went with my mom to our favorite Tex Mex restaurant, Los Amigos, and had lunch around 2 p.m.

Now Mike, Duncan and Cal are playing in the backyard probably getting horribly muddy and I'm vegging in front of the computer. I should be writing the comic review I was supposed to do this week. *sigh* But I just can't work up the energy to do it.

Maybe I'll start on the Hodge Lodge Quarterly Update since the Phoenix APA deadline is just around the corner.
