Tamara's Flooby Web Log

Wednesday, July 23, 2003

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, (and I don't think I am because I viewed his source code) but this guy has used a FrontPage theme to do his site: Home Page. Now that's not such a bad thing. For newbies to FrontPage (or web site building in general) the FrontPage themes offer an easy solution for getting your crap on the web.

But if you claim that you teach web design should you really be indulging in themes? I know I wouldn't pay for a class from someone who has to use FrontPage themes to come up with a web site.

Anyway, here's my new blog page. Why did I choose blogger? Simple. Mike used it for his and I knew he could help me set things up. Lazy, ulterior motives? Hell, yeah! I also like the fact that I can incorporate my web log right into my site so you don't have to leave the site to read the entries.

Hopefully I'll update it more often than Mike. I honestly think he just forgets about his. It's not like he doesn't browse the web and find cool things to chat about. Hell, he should be using his web log for his political rants. That would make for fun reading.
